This is one of those projects that we are limited only by our imagination, budget, (and the forethought to create plumbing and electrical options.) That sounds like a lot of limitations doesn’t it. Well, ideally your plumbing and electrical would all be done in the building of your home. But who lives in an ideal world? And even if you do, roughed-in plumbing and electrical always comes with re-do’s once the project gets started. We have found that with some extra work and maybe some drywall repairs afterwards, you can make almost anything work. Gratefully, we had the plumbing and electrical roughed-in as we began finishing the basement.
